Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology news eu parlament community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
